Iron Mountain Project Solution Specialist in Remote, Quebec

We are looking for a Bilingual Project Solution Specialist who will be responsible for creating quality and timely project statements of work (SOW’s) and who will be coordinating with the sales teams, territory business leaders, regional project leaders and customers in order to produce SOW’s while establishing an effective project result.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process requests for project service SOW’s

  • Create and manage SOW’s using prescribed process steps

  • Develop operational workflows for inclusion in project SOW’s

  • Serve as communication conduit between sales, customers and operations

  • Oversee SOW lifecycle from creation to completion (escalate as necessary)

  • Monitor project status proactively and follow up on projects diligently

  • Communicate with regional leadership team, customers, peers and other employees at various levels in the organization (written and verbal)

  • Schedule and facilitate conference calls

  • Understand customer needs and work with sales to develop and promote relevant and forward thinking solutions

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma in Business Administration, sales, finance or any related field

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project Management

  • Must be Bilingual

  • Must be able to pass a Background check and a reliability clearance

Job Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to take initiatives and make things happen

  • Excellent communication skills , verbal and written in both languages

  • Solid Customer service abilities

  • Understands and integrates appropriate project management tools and processes

  • Act with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure

  • Understands industry trends and their impact on business
